My Mother - Nancy Burroughs
Just last month my best friend, my mother became an ANGEL. It was suppose to be a simple kidney stone removal. Before she could get dressed she was fighting for her life. Within four days my dad and all five of us kids had to make the most horrible decison ever.
Last week I recieved a necklace in the mail. It was from my MOM. It was engraved with My Precious Daughter, I love you today, tomorrow and always. Dad said she ordered it so I would have in time for my birthday.
I don't know how to go on. Yesterday was my birthday. I waited all day for her phone call. I know that I am not the only one who has lost a Mother, but right now it is so very hard. When will get easier?
